So, I promised I’d keep everyone posted on my problems with the Art Institute of Orange County. I haven’t posted anything about it since December 27th. Well, that’s because I haven’t heard from them since December 18th.
Below is the latest email I’ve sent to Melinda Lester, The Art Institute of Orange County’s Dean of Academic Affairs.
Melinda,
It’s been three full months since I’ve last heard from you or anyone associated with The Art Institute of California. Your last email response to me was sent December 18, 2009. I’ve tried to contact you via email on 12/27, 1/10, and 2/25 and have not received a response. This is exactly what I meant by my questions going unanswered and my messages unreturned. The only person that seems to be consistent with returning phone calls is the collections agent trying to get money on your behalf.
In your first reply to me you said, “please be assured we take these matters seriously,” but now I’m wondering if anyone at that school ever really cared at all. This is just furthering my belief that the Art Institute’s only objective is to take advantage of young and creative individuals that have open minds, and open wallets.
This is my last attempt I’ll be making to contact you before I start contacting other people on my behalf.
